Our privacy policy, in plain language.
We are scientists helping communities get clean water. Collecting your data is not part of our mission, and selling it never will be.

What we collect
Almost nothing. If you use our contact form or subscribe to the newsletter, we get what you type: your name, your email address, and your message. That’s it. There are no accounts, no passwords, and we don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
What we do with it
- Contact form messages go to our team inbox so we can reply to you.
- Newsletter emails are used to send you project updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe option, and unsubscribing always works.
We never sell, rent, or trade your information. We don’t send your details to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else.
Services we use
Like most websites, some things on our pages load from other companies’ servers, and those companies see your IP address the way any website you visit does:
- Formspree delivers our contact form and newsletter signups to us.
- Google serves our fonts and the live financial figures shown on the About page.
- CDN providers serve the code for our interactive project maps.
Deleting your information
Email us at impact@cleanwaterhelp.org and ask. We’ll remove your messages and unsubscribe you from everything. No forms, no waiting periods.
